Prir Health Kick

Hello Everyone,

I hope you are all well & having a good week.
Cannot believe this week is a 4 day weekend & I am so happy about this! I feel like I need a bit of me time this weekend & take some time out for myself.

If you follow me on instagram you might have noticed that recently, well 2 months ago I joined the gym. Which before I don't think I would have ever have done. I wanted to get myself more healthy, a more toned body & try to keep my mind active & away from any distractions.

Due to my recent health kick I have been trying to both eat & drink better. So I have been trying a health & beauty drink Prir.
Prir was created as a powerful vitamin beauty drink which gives you a great tasting drink & has great benefits. The drink is natural & contains vitamins, minerals & is low in sugar as it is all natural sweetness! All their drinks are guilt free with only 100 calories per bottle. Which for me is a great seller.

In total there are 3 flavours which means there is something to suit everyone's taste & mood! Plus they are suitable for vegans.

It is a fab drink which is great to help keep you hydrated & is packed with all the nutrients you need. Plus they come in a recyclable glass bottle.

I think it is not only important to look after your body but also your skin, hair & nails. Every bottle of Prir contains:

B2 - Which is great for helping to maintain healthy skin, hair & nails. It also helps reduce tiredness, maintain vision & helps with your energy.

Zinc - Which is great for your skin, hair & nails. It helps with your metabolism & reduce tiredness & fatigue

B3 - Again great for your skin, hair & nails but is also great for your metabolism, nervous system, bone & teeth.

Biotin - Great for yielding metabolism & nervous system.

Selenium - Great for helping to maintain healthy joints & normal thyroid function.

Prir comes in the flavours:

*Orange & Passionfruit
*Apricot & Elderflower
*Blackcurrant

I have to say they all taste so good but Blackcurrant has to be my favourite. Normally some healthy things do not taste good but these do taste good. I really am enjoying the drinks & how hydrated & more energised I feel after drinking them. So if you are looking for abit of a health kick that taste's good & is good for you, these are for you!

Everyone Loves A Good Brow & Lashes

Happy Sunday Everyone!

Hope you are all well & enjoying the fab weather again at the moment! It is glorious! It is weather like this that makes me feel happier. It just instantly puts you in a better mood. Well... If I had my car back I'd be in a better one as i truly feel so lost without it because I just feel so stuck. You have to rely on others & I hate that because I am so independent!  But not much longer & I will have bae back. But then I have the great decision of whether to sell it straight away & get a new car or wait abit. I don't really want to have to sell it but I think it is time to. Why are cars so expensive?!

I have a big thing over lashes & eyebrows. To me they have to be spot on. I am quite lucky because I do have quite naturally long lashes & as I am dark haired they are also naturally dark both my lashes & eyebrows. Then I love a good brow nothing more satisfying to see than good brows. Or is that just me?

But like anyone I always want my lashes to be longer, fuller & as healthy as they can be. So recently I have purchased Epibrow who are a company who specialise in semi-permanent eye make up treatments like microblading. But they are now looking to branch out & offer retail products of a salon quality for us to use in our own homes. Epibrow feature in the sun, pretty 52, The herald, Daily Express & other places.I have been toying over the idea of having my eyebrows micro-bladed but yet to actually look into it so for now these products for me are perfect!

Before use

They have recently launched:

Epibrow Ultimate Lash Serum

This is an overnight treatment which is formulated with essential minerals, polypeptides & is full of nutrients! So it works by feeding the hair follicles & leaving you with longer, thicker, fuller & stronger lashes. Which is what we all want right?

I was worried that the serum was going to be hard to apply but it could not be easier! You simply apply it before bed to the base of your lash line upper/lower depending on what you wish to achieve as you maybe just looking to improve your upper lashes.

You do this every night for a month

So far I have been trying this for about a week & I have to say my lashes are starting to feel abit thicker already. Plus my lashes nearer the outside of my upper lid are longer than they were & are starting to curl out more so they are definitely getting longer in length. So I cannot wait to see what they will be like in another 3 more weeks.

They do recommend for long term results wait 4 weeks between treatments & then repeat the steps again. This treatment is a more effective alternative treatment to eyelash extensions & a lot more healthier & natural.

Epibrow Brow Design Serum
This can be used at any part of the day on your brows along as you apply it to clean make up free skin.

The serum contains fast working formula ingredients such as Iron & Vitamin B which are very important nutrients needed for hair growth. This helps to achieve bold & darker eyebrows.

The serum helps to speed up the process of hair growth to give you thicker, fuller shape & more healthier brows. We all love a bold eyebrow.

To get the best results & to make them look darker:

*Use the treatment once a day on clean skin.
*Massage the area to help boost the blood circulation.

The product keeps the hair at its growing anagen stage for a longer period of time so you get the best growth for the product as possible.

Again I have been using this product for around 1 week & brow hairs
are growing quicker than they normally do. I am wanting to grow them out to make them slightly thicker in places. So this product is perfect for that.

After a weeks use

Both of these products are great for anyone who wants to boost the growth of their lashes & brows. Especially if you have short, thing or sparse hair.

The products can be brought at epibrow.com or:

Bee Good Skin Care!

Hello Everyone!

I have let myself slack again lately & it's been a while since I have wrote a post. I have been feeling a bit under the weather the last few days again. But hopefully after a trip to the doctors & medication I will shortly be on the mend. Well that is the plan...

Everyone should have a good skin care routine. After all you only get one chance to look after your skin well. You have to help it & prevent it from ageing, help to keep it well supplied with moisture & help keep it clean & dirt free.

Recently I have started to find skin care ranges that are all natural as I believe they are more beneficial for your skin. I have had a thing for bee related products. As you may have noticed from one of my previous posts about Burt's bee's.

The new skincare products I have started to use is by Bee Good.
Bee good was started in 2008 by a husband & wife: Simon & Carline. Simon kept a number of beehives in their orchards surrounding their Hampshire home. But it was Caroline's interest in the excess honey and beeswax that she used to create natural skincare products which led to the first award-winning products; a lip balm and a hand cream; made in Caroline’s kitchen using centuries-old recipes & for products to be sold at their local Hampshire market. Word then spread about their products & sales grew! So in 2013 they recruited a small team of skincare experts to add to the team! They are now making a number of award winning products which are amazing! Especially as they are all british based & natural! They are made with the finest ingredients. They do not use mineral oil, silicone or parabens & none of their bee's are harmed.

I have found a big love lately for creamy cleansers which you use with muslin cloths. They have helped make my skin so radiant & clear up my skin so much! I do not know how I didn't know about such products before or even try them! The cleanser helps to get rid of make up & any grime without drying out your skin. You use the muslin cloth to help wipe away any remaining cleanser on your skin & it leaves it feeling so lovely & soft! You use the cleanser morning & night by massaging a small amount onto dry skin. Apply it to all over your face & neck, then wet the cloth in warm water & wipe away the cleanser.

I use the cleanser along side the honey & camelina facial exfoliator. It is packed with british wild flower honey, vitamin E, wheatgerm oil, & moisturising camelina. It helps to get rid of dead skin cells & leaves your skin looking radiant.

Finally I then use the honey & wild flax daily moisturiser. It's a gentle facial moisturiser which helps leave your skin feeling hydrated. The best thing is it is a light moisturiser but it absorbs into the skin quickly & helps to protect & hydrate your skin.

I have been using these products for about a week now & my skin feels so soft! Plus it looks so radiant. I normally have to be pretty fussy with what I use on my skin because I do suffer with problem skin at times. But using these natural products it helps give my skin the best ingredients that I can.

For anyone that loves the more natural & british skin care products definitely try Bee Good!

You can find out more about them & buy their products at:

Little Handmade Treasure

20:17pm
Good Evening everyone!
We are half way through the week now! Yay!
I cannot believe it's going to be Christmas next weekend! It really doesn't seem possible at all. Where has the time gone? The whole Christmas thing & this of year just shattters me. This week I have felt so tired even more than normal. I just want more sleep & getting out of bed in the morning is causing a struggle. Or is it just me who feels like that? I don't actually yet feel Christmassy at all or in a festive mood. It's true what they say it's never the same when you get older thats for sure.

I'm not a huge jewellery wearer.
I wear a few pieces like a watch, stud earrings & a bracelet & necklace every now & then. But I'm not one to wear lots of pieces at the same time. I'm also not a fan of big chunky pieces. I think it's because I am pretty petite, I have the skinniest wrists so I struggle to find bracelets & watches that do actually fit me well. Watches especially! If they have links in them I have to have half of the links removed in order for it to fit my wrist. Which can be frustrating as you can imagine.

Recently I have been loving the knotted theme jewellery. Since I saw a very cute one on Sam Faiers teamed up with her Abbott Lyon watch. It looked so so lovely!
Smaller more delicate pieces of jewellery are always hard to find I believe, so when I find somewhere that does such pieces I tend to go back & purchase from them. Not only that but I love buying from places where the item is hand made because no two pieces are the same which to me makes them unique. Also it means it isn't something that everyone has. It is also lovely knowing you have supported someone with their own small business & dream rather than just someone that mass produces something. It's something I think more people should support!

I come across Handmade Simplicity on Instagram & was immediately drawn to some of their pieces. They are danity, pretty, unique & also handmade & designed which adds such a lovely touch to it.
Lindsay the owner of Handmade simplicity has been in the jewellery industry for nine years & its only been since having her son that she started designing & making her own jewellery line.

The bangle is made of sterling silver & has a knot effect at the top of the bracelet. It is so simple but I think teamed with the right Watch it could look so lovely on the wrist! It's beautiful. I absolutely love it.

Not only that but Handmade simplicity sell a range of products from rings, necklaces, bracelets, bangles. All so unique & as beautiful as each other! They truly would make the best present for Christmas for someone or a birthday present, Mother's Day present or even a little treat for yourself & even better you don't have to worry about everyone having the same as you.

On their website they even give you a ring size guide so if you are unsure of your ring size you can use the page to help you.

Plus if you use the code: lottiejessica10 you will receive a 10% discount!

Definitely check out their beautiful pieces at:

Bouquet Of Happiness

19:58pm
Happy Friday everyone!
I know I have perhaps been abit pants this week at posting even though I have had the week off work but I have been doing some blog related pieces still so make sure you keep a look out at my blog & also Instagram in the next few weeks! Because I will also be doing a give away!
This past week I've been so up & down with my moods & so hormonal. I can be such a nightmare at times. But let's not go into the details of that shall we.

Today I have had something delivered which has made my day!
Like any other woman I love flowers & there is something extra special about receiving them at your door than being handed a supermarket bunch. Not wanting to seem ungrateful but there is definitely something about them being delivered to your door isn't there? That's not just me.

I love flowers they are such a pick me up not just to look at but also because they can fragrance any room & just genuinely make you feel abit better. I tend to like having some in my room on my bed side cabinet so I can wake up to them. Is that a daft thing to say? I think I am sounding old.

This time of year you can get some such beautiful bouquets! The colours & smells are so Christmassy. I just adore it!

I used to buy flowers & gifts from interflora but after they not delivering to my mum on Mother's Day once it has put me off them so i have tried to mind other places to order from. I come across Prestige flowers who have some amazing winter bouquets. Containing all those Christmassy colours! From roses to lilies to golden accessories in the bouquets. I sometimes think florists can be pretty overpriced too but when I saw the cost of Prestige flowers i have to say I was impressed! Because they were so reasonable. Which to me is another important thing because some places you can pay through the roof places for the flowers & when they arrive the bouquet is no way as full as they show in the pictures & to me that is sneaky!

But when my bouquet arrived from Prestige flowers I was so impressed! Not only because of the price but also they were well packaged so they did not get damaged in transit but they were also wrapped in a kind of water filled bag to ensure they were kept alive while being shipped. They come beautifully wrapped & the bouquet was as it showed online a nice full bunch.

I picked out the winter warmer bouquet which is £24.99 currently online. But there are so many other reasonably priced flowers so it made it a hard choice!

Not only that but you can order up to 9pm for next day delivery! So if you suddenly forget an anniversary or a birthday or even just to send someone some flowers to make there day then you can right up to 9pm! They do also have an app you can download to your phone to make it easier to order while you are on the go! So it's quick, simple & easy to do. You can also add gifts on to your delivery too! Whether it be chocolates, balloons, a hamper. A vast range of gifts can be sent with them. Which is such a lovely thought I think & I know it would make my day that's for sure.

All their bouquets come with a care card of how to care for your flowers. So if you aren't 100% sure of what you need to to with them that will be sure to help you out.

Check out:
https://m.prestigeflowers.co.uk/

You really won't be disappointed with them & they are a fraction of the cost of interflora I think personally. Plus you get more for your money.

Take care,

A Little Bit Lavish

15:30pm
Hello everyone!
It's actually a week day afternoon! I never normally get to blog during the day. Only at weekends when I am off of work but as I'm off work this week I've actually got some time to sit & blog during the day instead of an evening! It's great! But I love being able to have time to myself & write a few posts.

I am a lover of subscription boxes. When it comes to make up & beauty products I think it is a great way of trying smaller sizes of items that you haven't tried before & also a great way of coming across new brands which perhaps before you would not of heard of. So it's a great way for new brands or smaller brands to get their products out there & get people to try them & I think that is great.

I have come across a subscription box called A little bit lavish who are a fairly recent company who have set up a subscription box service perfect for women who need abit of pampering & time to themselves. Whether that be a bath or shower to relax, or a face mask, or even some smaller type of relaxation. The boxes are different each month & have a different theme to them. Most of the products are even full size items! Which in most of these kinds of boxes you do not get. You simply get sample size products. Well that is what I have always found.

A little bit lavish is a monthly subscription box of between 5-7 products. All carefully picked for likes of us! All the items in the box are a surprise so you never know what is going to be in the box till you open it up. You will receive beauty, skincare and the odd makeup item.  1 of the items will be a lifestyle item and 1 will be edible or drinkable. The brands they also chose to use are a mixture of bigger named companies & small companies. The majority of the products are also organic or natural and all will be cruelty free. Which i think is great!

So how much do they cost you ask?
You have four options to choose from:
* A monthly subscription for £20 per month.
* A 3-month subscription for £19 per month
* A 6 month subscription for £18.50 per month
*  A 1-year subscription for £18.00 per month

Shipping to the UK is free delivery. Shipping to Europe is £6 and shipping to the rest of the world is £10.

I received my box this month & I love it!
This month my box come with:

*Megan Louise ceramic - Hand made tiny dish. Which is perfect to use for mixing face masks or scrubs with! I never really have anything to mix my own face masks on so this little dish is going to come in great use!

*Rose Geranium face balm - an 100% organic balm to add to your skin care routine!

*Miss Patisserie- Wake shower steamer - Simply place this in your shower & it helps stimulate your mind & relaxes you. It smells so lovely! Like peppermint!

*Stoats - Raspberry & Honey Porridge Oat Bar- The bar is made of Scottish oats, raspberry pieces, honey & pumpkin & sunflower seeds.

*Skin & Tonic London - Gentle scrub - this comes as a powder base which can be made into a face mask or scrub! You can add honey or any other ingredients to make up your own facial product.

*Evolve Organic Beauty - Citrus Blend Aromatic Wash - This can be used as a hand wash or a body wash. It smells so good! It's definitely an energetic fragrance to help wake you up in the morning!

I absolutely love this box! It is the first one I have tried like this & I have to say it's so good! It's the perfect subscription box full of beauty products to help you relax & pamper yourself with!

So if like me you love subscription boxes, you like to try new beauty products that are organic & natural then these boxes are perfect for you!

Salon Science Hair Care

19:14pm
Good Evening everyone!
I hope you are all having a fab week so far! I cannot believe we are half way through the week already! This week is going so fast! & I am also lucky enough to be off work next week too as I had holiday to use up.

Today in the post I received a lovely package from Salon Science. Which offer a range of hair care products. From helping with  hair growth, radiance, hydration & other issues. So any issues you have with your hair they do something that helps. I have heard of the brand before but I will be honest I haven't tried any of their products.

When it comes to shampoo's & conditioners I do often have to change what I have because if I use the same brand for too long it stops becoming effective on my hair & just tends to make it feels greasy & unpleasant. Then it just feels like you had need not of bothered washing it. Is that just my hair or is anyone else like that?

For anyone that has followed my blog for a while, well mostly from the start or on some previous posts they would know that I have openly spoken about my battle with depression & anxiety. Which is now under control but obviously like any other human being I do have my off dark days. But not only that now I seem to suffer from a condition called Trichotillomania. For those of you who don't know what this is it is an impulse-control disorder, a psychological condition where the person is unable to stop themselves carrying out a particular action. So they pull out their hair or eyelashes, eyebrows or something. But for me mine is my hair. I cannot tell you why I do it but I do. It has become such a habit that I cannot get out & it also made me feel self conscious about my hair.  Because it places it doesn't seem to grow as well as maybe it does in other places. At times I don't even know I'm doing it, I just sit then & start doing it. It's such a horrible thing to have & try & get out of. I have found it to be more of a common thing that people now open up about. Even Sam Faiers opened up about her issue with the condition which made her pull out her eye lashes. So I know I am not alone when it comes to suffering from this but I just wish there was a way of stopping myself! I think it started when at primary school & I went through a stage of being bullied & I started doing it but at that point it was really bad to the point I'd pull out clumps of hair & be left with bald patches so I'd have to have a different parting to cover it. It was at that point my mum took me to the doctors. It stopped for a while but over the years it has come back but as extreme as it was!

So because of this I need to give my hair all the nutrients & help it can get to be healthy, strong & help it grow in anyway I can. So the range from Salon science is the Proaccelerant treatment range. This range helps encourage hair growth, helps reduce hair loss, restores your hair to help it be stronger & healthier & helps make your hair thicker & fuller in 3 months. So these things are all the ideal things I need. I have never actually purchased a hair range targeted at hair loss & encouraging hair growth before so I am excited to see the results of this range.

I have got the shampoo, conditioner & also treatment which comes in two bottles. You apply the treatment to dry or towel dried hair twice a day. You apply the nozzle directly to the scalp & apply the treatment in sections. You have to ensure the scalp is covered,  then massage it into the scalp to help stimulate the circulation. Then you simply leave it in.

All of Salon Science ranges can be purchased from your local boots or boots online.

I will be sure to keep you posted on how I get on with the hair care range. It could be a great help to help my hair. But for those of you who suffer from Trichotillomania don't feel ashamed! You aren't the only one to suffer from it & you certainly won't be the last. But just try to keep busy as I find that helps. The less time I have to just sit there or when I'm around people I tend not to do it. But if you do feel like you can't discuss it with others & you want advice or to talk about it just contact me through Instagram: lottiejessica & I am always happy to talk about it if you have any questions or whatever. I used to be ashamed of my issues but over time I think I have just got more open about it because it's more common than you think.

If you want to find out more about Salon Science check out their website:

Top Up Your Tan

19:56pm
Hello Everyone!
Happy Sunday! I hope everyone has had a fab weekend! I haven't overly done a lot it's been mostly family related which I love. They tend to help me forget about things going on in my mind & give me a distraction. Which let's face it we can all do with from time to time. I love taking photos so I did a mini shoot with my sister & nephew. I was so happy with how the shots have come out. They are the perfect autumnal shot.

This time of year I cannot help but feel pale & pasty. I will admit I'm the summer I used one of my local sunbed shops to help top up my tan & keep it at a reasonable colour. But in the winter I tend to just give up because I'm covered up most of the time with long sleeves & things so you don't really see my arms & legs unless I go out one evening & wear a dress or something. Which let's face it isn't often at all. I'm getting too old for all that.

When it comes to fake tan I am pretty fussy I have to say. Because some of the cheaper brands I have used before left  my legs & arms all streaky. Either that or I'm left looking orange & smelling like a biscuit because some fake tans smell horrible! & let's face it we do not like that look! You have to be careful in what you pick so when I come across a great brand I tend to stick with it.

I was lucky enough to be sent a bottle of Skinny Tan's new tone oil which has just landed in the U.K!
Skinny tan is an Australian brand but can also be found in the U.K. I will admit it is a brand I've heard of but never actually tried before.

Before

After

Skinny tan & tone oil is a natural & hydrating streak free tan which is also quick & easy to use so for people who aren't really used to tanning it is very ideal. So the tan is said not to leave orange patches & streaks. Skinny tan also reduces cellulite too. It is made with a natural skin kind tanning agent which also includes organic oils & guarana berries so you can tan, tone & reduce cellulite.

The best way to apply any fake tan is to ensure you shower & exfoliate before applying the tan. This ensures you remove any dead skin cells & get rid of any dull parts to your skin & leaves it then as the perfect base to tan on. You then simply spray on the tan with does come out a brown colour but it does smell lovely. It's more of a fruity smell not like some which smell vile. Which for me is definitely a pro for this tan! I rubbed the tan in to smooth it out all over my skin to make sure I didn't miss a patch. Leave the tan to develop & a lovely tanned look you should get. There is no need to wash the oil off leave it on because you don't have to worry about it drying your skin out.

So after my bath this evening I have given the tan a try out on my legs. I have only applied a little bit as I don't want to waste it if my legs are going to be hidden but I just wanted to try it out & I have to say I'm pretty impressed as like I said I only used a small amount & only had it on for around an hour & already my legs do look like they have more colour & look more tanned. So I will try applying abit more tomorrow & see what colour it gives my legs. But it is definitely easy to spray on & no horrible smell! Which is such a bonus.

So I am looking forward to seeing the rest of their range & trying it!

Have a lovely Sunday evening!

Little Stocking Fillers

21:42pm
Good Evening!
Wow we are Wednesday already! How times flies when you're having fun! This week is going pretty quick I have to say. Half way through the working week already.

I still cannot get over the fact that we are in November already! How have we got to the 11th month? I think I have like blinked & this year has gone. It's actually pretty scary don't you think?
We have like next to no time left till Christmas & I have only just got one present so far. Which is for my nephew because let's face it a two year old is easy to buy for & easily pleased unlike some difficult people.

I think at Christmas time sometimes you can struggle to find like smaller presents of like a lower value. Sometimes you don't want to purchase a big expensive present you might want to buy lots of little ones or like even stocking fillers sometimes things of a lower value are a nightmare to track down. Especially if you want something small & personal. Not your normal beauty products or food items. You want somehow to add your own personal touch to it & one thing I have mentioned to you before was initial items. As you may know I cannot get enough of them! I have a phone case, keyring, bracelet, necklace. I think that is it....

I think initial or personalised items definitely give things that personal & thoughtful touch. Not only the fact because it's made just for them with their name on it but also because it's not something anyone can just buy & pass to someone thought has gone into it.

I have come across a company called Cover-Appeal who have a range of ladies clothing, fashion accessories & gifts. They are a pop up boutique who take their shop to charity, corporate & fashion events & another of numerous events & activities. They even offer a pop up in the comfort of your own home! What could be better a group of your friends & family & browsing through fashion! That's my idea of a perfect evening.  They do however also have an Instagram, Facebook page, twitter page & also a website where you can purchase & find out more about their items & purchase.

They do a range of perfect stocking filler ideas & smaller gift items online that I noticed on their Instagram page. Which yes is initial related but they do also do other items such as cute jewellery pieces & things. They also stock a brand called Lola and Gilbert which do some really cute quote make up bags, tote bags & purses which are all stocked on their website.

I found an initial purse which has a gold glitter letter on there. Which is like a denim colour. It is a reasonable size for both money & coins. Or you could use it as small storage bag for jewellery items & things. It has a multi person use I think. I just love how it is your initial of your name of it & you get to choose that. Super cute! The face that is is under £7 too I think is a bargain & just perfect for a cute little stocking filler or part of a present for someone this Christmas. There are others that they do in the range which are not personalised. They have perfect girlie quotes like "better to arrive late than ugly" Perfect idea for anyone you know who loves a funny girly quote

But not only that if it's clothing you are looking for they have some perfect autumnal pieces & other bits! So if you want some great Christmas gift ideas definitely check them out!

Time to detox

18:15pm
Good Evening everyone!
Happy Sunday! Or is it? I don't think so. I've had such a pants week this week well emotionally you could say. It seems to have taken its toll & I'm simply drained at the moment. But hey let's not go into all that. Hopefully this week coming will be better.

Recently due to personal issues I have found a big love of food. I will admit I never really used to be a massive fan of eating. No I didn't have eating issues I just didn't really like it. But after years of issues I now have a love of it. It can be pretty dangerous. Little miss piggy over here!

I've always wanted to try & detox & see if it helps me feel any better in myself & also in my body so I know it's not new year but I've decided to try & give it ago. I don't want to lose weight or anything I just want to try & feel better, clear my skin which is making me feel even more on a downer at the moment, have some more energy & just geniuley feel abit better within myself.

So I've come across a company where I can have fruit teas which can help with all of that & to me that sounds perfect! I come across Nudeytea on Instagram which are a UK based company. Who offer a variety of products to help aid all of the things I'm looking for & also weight loss if that's what you are looking for.

I am a massive fan of tea! I'm such a tea lover! So I chose to try the fruit teas that nudeytea offer. Which the ones I chose are a limited edition pack. You get a daytime detox which consists of creamy strawberry & pineapple. Then a nighttime detox smooth cocoa & vanilla. They both sound so delicious! All their teas are made with real fruit which I think is important because you don't want anything that's got things in it which you don't know what they are. But all ingredients are listed on the back for you to see. Which is always great to know. Not only that but on their website they also list food ideas for you.

"The daytime tea made of strawberry & pineapple contains:

Oolong tea- Famed for its reputed ability to increase fat oxidation in the body.
Hibiscus, Elderberries and Rosehip – Rich in vitamin C.
Milk thistle leaves – Your liver’s best friend.
Nettle – This wonder herb is rich in iron and traditionally drunk to ease bloating and water retention.
Red Clover – Believed to ease skin conditions and cleanse the lymphatic system.
Rose petals – A fragrant, anti-inflammatory treat used in Chinese medicine to beautify the skin.
Where as the bedtime detox herbal blend is designed to cleanse built-up toxins from the colon whilst promoting a restful night’s sleep. Based on rich, sweet rooibos, a naturally cafffeine-free alternative to tea that is rich in vitamins and minerals. Laced with relaxing lavender, rich cocoa and smooth vanilla and boosted by traditional liver and blood tonics barberry and burdock and senna leaves to flush the system."
I cannot wait to try these out & see what difference it makes to me. I will definitely keep you posted on the outcome of it!
But definitely check out their products & their website. We could all do with a detox every now & then from things in life.
