This week has been a funny old week for me, I don't know why but it's just been one of those odd kind of ones. 

You may have seen in one of my old previous posts I was introduced to Mad Beauty.

When I come across a company called Mad Beauty I fell in love with their products! Simply because they are SO unique & cute!

Mad beauty puts the fun in cosmetics & beauty. They are a UK design led, award winning leading manufacturer of beauty products who love to make cosmetics fun. They have such a range of products which I think would suit everyone! Whether it's someone who is Disney obsessed, Vintage style obsessed, or simply loves unique beauty products! Hand creams are always a great thing to carry around in your handbag with you especially in the winter when you get dry hands from the cold. What better way to help this to have small hand creams to carry around not to mention cute disney ones.

Another suitable product to have to carry around with you during winter is tissues. It is probably one of the most common times to pick up colds. So making sure you have tissues with you is a must & what better way than to have character tissues from Disney. Who said having a cold has to be dull.

Biscuit Collection - Compact Mirrors, Lip Balms & Mini Nail files

Who doesn't love biscuits?! What a quirky thing to carry around with you than a biscuit theme handbag essentials. The compact mirrors come in bourbon or party ring theme. Great for ensuring you look your best at all times! Then the lip balms which come in the quirky biscuit shape containers. You have the bourbon one & the custard cream which I have to say is my favourite as it even smells sweet like custard creams too. Which are one of my ultimate favourites! Also the mini nail files which again come in the party ring & bourbon design. It is also handy to have nail files in your bag for when you break a nail on the go & you need to correct it.

The Fab 4 Know Cosmetics

Half way through the week now & to top it off this week is a bank holiday weekend. That is a mega yay! 

I have recently started using a handful of new products from Know cosmetics. Know Cosmetics has just arrived to the U.K! They boast a variety of items which are said to give you a quick fix of glamour. They started in Canada where it took the beauty market by storm, but now they have took it up a notch & brought out some secret weapons to complete the perfect make up look.

No Bleeding Lips - Secret Lip Liner

The best thing about this liner is it can be worn with any shade or lipstick or lip gloss whether it be bright or nude shades. The idea of this liner is to stop lipsticks bleeding or feathering. So wave goodbye to the times you struggle to find a liner suitable for your lip colour. This lip liner is clear & easy to use. It is a wax based formula that is waterproof, smudge proof, & lasts up to 5 hour plus. Basically the liner works as a barrier to minimise the appearance of bleeding lines. It could not be easier to use! You simply twist the pen slightly & outline your outer edges of your lips before applying your lip colour.

No Dark Shadows - Complexion Enhancer

This is a concealer which helps to hide any imperfections to the skin & also illuminate areas of your face. It helps to wake up the eye area & highlight your t-zone. A Little Bit Of Lola - Face Talk

They literally do every kind of make up item you could want from eyeshadows, to lipsticks, to lip glosses, to nail varnishes & treatments, to false eye lashes. You name it Lola literally covers it!

So this month I have got two other new products to try from Lola Make up. Which are probably one of the most important products of make up of all: Foundation & Pressed Powder. Without these products you could not achieve the perfect flawless make up look. 

Finding a decent foundation is very hard I have to say, I am pretty fussy when it comes to finding the right one for me because I find some leave my skin a bit oily & shiny. I do not like that look. Not only that but some foundations I think are so thick & I do not like them simply because I worry what it does to your skin. It will clog your pores up completely over time so I try not to wear such thick textured foundations. But everyone is different. Some people like 
these because they have scars from acne or something so for them it covers them up. So everyone is after something different when it comes to foundations.

I got the Matte long lasting foundation in shade: R040 
I choose this one because I did want something that gives a medium - high coverage to help conceal blemishes & imperfections whilst still giving a natural glow to your skin. Also something that minimising the look of pores because some foundations can make pores look obvious. The great thing about this foundation is that it has oil absorbing properties which minimise the shine it gives to your skin. 

When I first tried this foundation I did find it was definitely thicker than what I am used to using. But I knew that when I chose it because it does state it is a medium/high coverage. To me it is more of a high coverage than a medium. But I was happy with the finish it gave to my skin. It didn't look caked on which I was worried it might do. It did also tend to last on my skin too but I don't think I would use this for my day to day foundation simply because for me it's too of a high consistency.

The other product I got was the: Matte Silky Finish Pressed Powder in shade: B012.
I am not normally one for pressed powder but I do like to have a decent one just in case I want to create that more matte finish make up look. It is always a handy make up product to have in your make up bag. Again I chose a matte finish product because I do not like a shiny look to your make up & prefer the matte finish. This powder is perfect for any skin type, it gives a flawless finish to your skin & is also oil free so it does not become oily on your skin. The powder is made up of micro-fine powders which let your skin breathe while oil absorbing. It is a weightless, smooth, breathable texture which helps to balance your skins tone & help to reduce the appearance of pores. It also contains SPF10 to protect against photo ageing. 

The powder also comes in a compact which is handy to just pop in your bag & carry around. Which is great because it's not a huge compact it's the perfect size to carry around with you & top up when you need to. I don't normally use powders so unlike foundations I can't really compare this powder to another. But from when I have used it the powder is definitely weightless & not heavy on your skin & glides on perfectly over the top of foundation.

Everyone Loves A Good Brow & Lashes

Happy Sunday Everyone!

Hope you are all well & enjoying the fab weather again at the moment! It is glorious! It is weather like this that makes me feel happier. It just instantly puts you in a better mood. Well... If I had my car back I'd be in a better one as i truly feel so lost without it because I just feel so stuck. You have to rely on others & I hate that because I am so independent!  But not much longer & I will have bae back. But then I have the great decision of whether to sell it straight away & get a new car or wait abit. I don't really want to have to sell it but I think it is time to. Why are cars so expensive?! 

I have a big thing over lashes & eyebrows. To me they have to be spot on. I am quite lucky because I do have quite naturally long lashes & as I am dark haired they are also naturally dark both my lashes & eyebrows. Then I love a good brow nothing more satisfying to see than good brows. Or is that just me? 

But like anyone I always want my lashes to be longer, fuller & as healthy as they can be. So recently I have purchased Epibrow who are a company who specialise in semi-permanent eye make up treatments like microblading. But they are now looking to branch out & offer retail products of a salon quality for us to use in our own homes. Epibrow feature in the sun, pretty 52, The herald, Daily Express & other places.I have been toying over the idea of having my eyebrows micro-bladed but yet to actually look into it so for now these products for me are perfect!

So far I have been trying this for about a week & I have to say my lashes are starting to feel abit thicker already. Miss Gorgeous London Review

Happy Monday Everyone! 

I hope you are all having a fab week?

The weather is amazing at the minute! I cannot believe how lovely it is. But even though it is while I am work the weather is still meant to be good for the weekends which is great because at least then I will get to enjoy it & top up the tan a bit. Mind you it is not like I have a car still at the moment. 
How the hell did I even cope before I learnt to drive?! I really do not know now. I know I just want my car back.

I love finding unique brands when it comes to make up brushes & make up tools. It is nice to have a colourful make up or something which looks good on the eye & lets face it a boring make up brush does not do that.

I come across Miss Gorgeous London who design & create fun, colourful & great beauty products to help women feel beautiful. They sell beauty blenders, make up brushes, make up applicators, sponges. So many different beauty tools to help give you that perfect make up look. 

The designs some of the applicators & sponges come in are not only bright colours but they also have fun designs on them like faces or even funky shapes! I love them! They are so different to your normal standard beauty blender.

The item I got to try firstly was the "I am not lipstick".
This is a compact mirror with a lipstick shape eye shadow applicator sponge. It helps to give you such precise application as the sponge helps you to apply or top up your eye shadow look easily. Especially 
while you are on the move like at work or on a night out when you want to reapply your eyeshadow. Not only that but the design is the perfect size to put them in your bag & carry them around with you. They are also hygienic. They can be washed & clean to ensure they are make up & germ free. 

You can also use the applicator to apply like concealer under the eyes, or to cover spots, or smile lines. 

It is such a handy tool to have to carry around with you!
I have been in a toilet reapplying concealer & have people look at what I'm using & seem so surprised especially when I'm using a lipstick shape applicator to apply concealer with it. I have had a few people ask about it & also where it is from too. It is perfect for anyone on the go.

The next thing I want to try is the jelly applicator which you use to apply product like foundation to you face. It makes it easier to apply to your skin & it is also a lot more hygienic as the product simply washes off it doesn't soak into it like sponge like the beauty blender. You can easily wash & wipe it clean & I love that idea because beauty blenders can be a nightmare to get clear.

May's Love Me Beauty

I hope you are all having a fab week. The weather at the moment cannot seem to make its mind up what it is doing. One minute it is hot & stuffy the next it is pouring it down. So annoying!

 1990's in a small laboratory in Paris.

I have wanted to try Nuxe Paris for a while but never tried any of their products so I was excited when I saw 3 of the products were theirs.

The products were:

Nuxe Paris - Gentle Exfoliating Gel With Rose Petals

The exfoliating gel removes dead skin cells. It is a gel texture which leaves the skin feeling soft, refined & clear. It is perfect for sensitive & all other skin types. To use:

*Massage onto wet or dry skin & rinse off after gently rubbing the product in, in circular movements. 

*Use 1-2 times a week

It smells so lovely.I think the smell of roses makes it a perfect summery scent.

Nuxe Paris - Face Cleansing And Make-Up Removing Gel

This a gentle soap free make up remover & cleanser all in one. Which contains Honey and sunflower. It cleansers, smooths & removes your make up all in one. Not only that but it is also so kind on your skin which is the most important thing. All you have to do is:

*Use the Cleanser/Make up remover in the morning or in the evening on damp skin but ensure to avoid your eyes.

*Lather up the product & then rinse off.

Nuxe Paris - Multi Purpose Dry Oil Face, Body, Hair

The dry oil helps to nourish & repair your skin & hair. It moisturises & also smells amazing. It is made up of 7 plant oils that help to rehydrate the skin. The new formula new means that helps protect your skin against pollution & reduces the appearance of stretch marks. It is simple to add in to your routine you simply:
