I am such a lover of gel nails. They are so much better than normal nail polishes I think. They last longer unlike normal nail polishes which seem to chip after just a couple of days! I find that so annoying. But with gel nail polishes they can last up to 2 weeks & it is just as easy to do yourself!

Pevonia - Bright Skin Green Apple Mask

Bath Time With Irregular Cosmetics

So we all know by now that I am a huge lover of baths!

They literally solve a lot plus they are great for taking time out with.

I have always loved bath bombs, especially that smell when you walk into lush cosmetics. It is amazing! That is exactly what I got when I received a box full of goodies from Irregular cosmetics.

Irregular Cosmetics are a new brand which are starting up so I was lucky enough for them to send me their first 7 products to try. 

The products arrived in a recycled box, which was secured with eco friendly biodegradable tape & potato starch based chips to product the bath treats. The print outs inside the box are also printed on recycled paper! So if you love the thought of being kind to the earth this is just one reason for you to love the brand!

Irregular Cosmetics are against animal testing. Their products are all cruelty free & vegan friendly. All the ingredients that are inside the products can be found on the print out in the box. So if you are allergic to anything it is easy for you to find out if you can use them.

To me self care is important & that is another thing the brand likes to support. They know that feeling good about yourself can be difficult & making time for you can be hard. All of their products promote self care helping give you that "you" time that we all need.

Not only that but all products are handmade which I love! As they are not massed produced. Supporting smaller companies is important as it helps support someones dream & also I think you get better quality for your money.

Recently I have tried some beauty tools from LAB (Life & Beauty) which were amazing skin care tools I have to say! I was so impressed with how easy they were to use, the fact you can use them in your own home & also the fact that they give results!

So I have got the try their new Pro LED Sonic Teeth Whitening toothbrush. The toothbrush delivers effective sonic cleaning while LED lights in the brush head to whiten your teeth with every brush!

It has 5 specialised modes which are designed to whiten & clean your teeth with a selection of different brush heads for all types of teeth. So you can choose a mode & match it to the correct brush head. Each mode automatically turns off after 120 seconds except for gum care which ends after 60 seconds.

The 5 modes are:

Norvell Self Tanning Mist

The fact January went so slow & now February & March are going fast at it doesn't seem possible. 

But due to this time of year I have to say I am looking like most people pale & pasty.

It is not a good look! It is always true what they say life is better with a tan right?

So I got to try Norvell self tanning mist for face with built in bronzer.

I haven't ever tried any products from Norvell. I have heard of them though & have heard good things.

Norvell is part of a group which has been at the forefront of tanning in Europe for over 30 years. Norvell is the USA's leading brand & award winning tanning brand. They have now also launched new products as well as a strictly come dancing range. They cover spray tans, to products you can buy & tan in your own home.

When it comes to tanning my face I have to say it can be hard simply because sometimes it can come out too dark for my liking. Then it leaves me feeling like it looks slightly orange like. So I was excited to give this a go!

This tanner is a micro spray with is created specifically for the face. It includes a unique blend of anti-orange pigments & stops that unwanted orange colour. Which no one wants. The venetian 4 faces self tanner gives you to chance to top up that tan to the face while giving you that sun kissed look. But it also:

To apply:

*Lightly spray on to a make up sponge

Tranquil Beauty Review

Recently I have suffered again with another cold & cough. I seem to get them quite a lot recently. I'm not sure whether it's the change in weather or whether it is due to being run down. I am hoping it soon passes.

So I have been trying to do things which help relax me & feel better. So when I come across the range for Tranquil beauty I was sold!

Tranquil beauty are a small business based in Suffolk. They produce high quality bath, spa & beauty products which help comfort & relax anyone. I am a such a lover of bath's they literally are my answer to everything so when I saw their bath & relax range I wanted to see more.

The first thing I got to try was:

The Bath Bomb Collection

This is a gift set made up of 8 bath bombs which are beautifully individually wrapped. There are 4 scents so you get 2 of each:

*Coconut - For rejuvenation 

*Rose - For a scent of romance 

*Lavender - For peace

*Mint - For a pick me up 

They are also natural, cruelty free & vegan friendly. Not only that but they help with deep muscle relief which is perfect after a busy week! The scents of them are so lovely! Bath bombs are always a great way to help to relax I find so these are perfect for that. Plus these ones smell incredible! You literally are spoilt for choice with them.

Cellulite Cupping Therapy

Cupping is an ancient chinese therapy which is used to create a vacuum to help target problem areas. It helps stimulate the skin through deep massage. They help to drain & break down toxins built up over time, stimulate blood circulation. You have to ensure that you use the cups in the bath, shower or with a massage oil or cream. You get with the set two different size cups depending on what area you wish to use them on & depending on the person also. As one cup would not be suitable for all. 

To use them:

*They can be used on legs, thighs, hips, glutes, triceps & neck

*Only use up to 15 minutes a day, 5 days a week

*Apply massage oil or cream to the area or if using while showering use soapy water.

*Squeeze the cup to remove any air, then firmly press against the skin before releasing the skin to fold

*Move the cup in a figure of 8 around the area but be sure not to leave it in the same place too long as it can cause bruising.

I did think these would be hard to use even though I have done massage before when I qualified as a beautician. So these really can be tried by anyone.

Superdrug Health - Discover A Healthier You

I hope you are well & your week is going good?

So far this year I have been changing my eating habits & have been eating a lot healthier. I wouldn't say I am the worlds worst eaten because I am really not but I wanted to just improve on what I eat. So I cut out & changed a lot of things & I have to say I am feeling better for it. Who knew meal prep could be so fun. I am not kidding you!

Anyway Superdrug have been doing a campaign called Discover a healthier you which has suited my changes perfectly! They have been showcasing their healthy range from vitamin tablets, healthy snacks, to foot care products. 

So I was sent a few products to try from them which suit me perfectly!

Somebody is Superdrugs new health & wellness range which contain a range of products such as protein powders to snacks on the go. I have also had a thing for popcorn & never until recently have I realised it isn't actually that bad for you. It is low in calories & a great on the go snack which tastes amazing. So these packets that they come in are perfect to take to work or pop in your bag for on the go.

Some Body - Protein Bars 

From the same range as the popcorn these protein bars come in different flavours. Caramel Crisp & Chocolate & peanut. These are a great snack to have on a day when you are going to the gym or working out. They are a great source of protein not to mention a treat. I have to say they taste amazing!

A-Z Multivitamins - Strawberry flavour

Making sure you get your correct vitamin intake is important. The multivitamins contain zinc, vitamin C & D & help contribute to the normal function of the immune system. These vitamin tablets are also gummies which are easy to chew & taste lovely which helps as you wouldn't even know you are taking vitamin tablets with these.

Foot Purifying Sock Pack - Charcoal

These foot socks contain Charcoal powder which help purify your feet while coconut oil & vitamin E help to soften dry, rough & cracked heels. Which this time of year your skin is drier than normal. These are a great boost to help improve your skin & are easy to use.

Kiss Lashes Review

Hello Everyone, 

Everyone is a sucker for false lashes right? Or is that just me?
I literally cannot get enough of false lashes & I will admit I literally have so many I don't even know what to do with them. I also have a range of different brands from Ardell to Tatti lashes. But since trying their nail range & loving them. I have been trying more of Kiss lashes. 

Kiss are the largest manufacturer & distributor of professional quality nails products. They allow us to achieve salon results in our own homes. They have now become so big they have expanded to include nail care, nail jewellery, nail art, lashes, make up & hair tools! The great thing is you can pick up their products on the high street in the likes of Boots & Superdrug!

The lashes they create have something for everyone. From length, light & fluffy, fluffy volume, there is a lash for everyone! I know I am quite a sucker for a bolder kind of lash.







So I got to try:

Lash Couture - Gala 
These are a soft full faux minx lash. Which are perfect for anyone who has big eyes like mine. They are on a knot free lash band, weightless, soft & reusable. So you get a few uses out of these.

Lash Couture - Little Black Dress
These ones are slightly less full than the Gala but again they are perfect for giving you a more fuller lash look. They give you that smokey eye effect without the use of eyeshadow.

Lash Couture 5th Avenue Collection - Splendor
Literally I have not seen lashes like this collection! They are so full, fluffy & have spiky ends! They are ultimate luxury lashes. Each strand is individually, styled giving you a glamourous look. These are just perfect to wear alone or to complete that make up look with.

Lash Couture 5th Avenue Collection - Opulence
Like the Splendor these are full, fluffy but they are more subtle compared to the Splendor & they do have spiky edges. They give you their own look. They literally are glamourous!
