Cohorted Luxury Beauty Subscription

Previously I have signed up to some beauty boxes to try, amongst them the like's of Birchbox, glossybox etc. But I forever found myself paying for it & the box arriving then I wouldn't use half of the products in them. So I stopped having them simply because I felt as though I was wasting money.

Percy & Reed - Dry Instant Volumising Spray 

A non sticky, dry instant volumising spray which pumps up your hair in a flash. You simply apply it to dry hair, ensuring to shake the can well before use, lift & spray from the underneath in an upward direction.

Percy & Reed - Volumising Mousse

A little bottle which gives you long lasting volume. This is a creamy mousse which builds volume in your hair to the extreme. Light & airy which builds from root to tip. Just dispense a small amount into your palm & smooth through towel dried hair from root to tip with your fingers or a comb. Dry & style as normal.

Agent Provocateur - Pure Aphrodisiaque

My first thought on this perfume is if it smells as good as their lingerie looks it's got to be a winner! From one of the most iconic fashion brands in the world, founded by the son of Vivienne Westwood. They create the best looking lingerie, nightwear, swimwear & accessories. This is a romantic, floral, fruity & musky scent which smells amazing! 

Elemis - Pro Collagen Rose Cleansing Balm 

One of my favourite skin care brands! Their skin care range always gives great results & they are made from natural products. But I am yet to try this product. This is the no 1 bestselling cleansing balm, it soothes & deeply cleanses the skin. It is packed with Rose & Mimosa waxes which are infused with oils to help protect & nourish the skin. 

Too Faced - La Creme - Colour Drenched Lip Cream - Shade: Taffy

Too faced are one of my favourite make up brands, they are always such great quality, they have the best shades & the packaging are always gorgeous. This lip stick is a super luxe combination of creamy colour & intense hydration. It comes in 25 amazing colours so their is something for everyone. They are formulated with white lotus flower extract that helps hydrate, soothe & condition your lips. 

Lord & Berry - Waterproof Mascara - Shade: Black

Let's face it waterproof mascara always comes in use on holidays & even for everyday use. Lord & Berry have brought out a collection called "Black Wardrobe Collection" which is inspired by the original little black dress by Coco Chanel. The Scuba pro mascara defines & coats the your lashes from root to tip for a big impact, waterproof & volumising effect. 

Lord & Berry - Shodo Stylographic Eyeliner - Shade: Intense Black

This eye liner pen features a Japanese calligraphy inspired pen that draws precise thick & thin lines. It is quick drying, smudge proof & gives a smooth application. The film type base line is resistant to sweat & water & dissolves away with warm wate.

Chanel - Precision Eye Definer 

The box either came with a lip definer or a eye definer. I was lucky enough to get the eye definer. Which for me is good simply because I don't wear lip liner. But it can help to shape your lips & give them a good definition with a creamy textured lip pencil. The eye definer helps to shade the eye contour with intense colour that can easily be adjusted. The supple integrated latex applicator allows you to soften the look if you wish to.

So as you can see you get such a selection of products which are such high end products! The subscription is £35 per month but you really do get your money's worth!

Elf Cosmetics Review

I have recently started using a new brand of make up which I haven't tried before Elf Cosmetics. Elf cosmetics was founded in 2004 to make luxurious, high quality beauty products. Who have become one of the fastest growing beauty companies especially in the United States. They are affordable prices which makes it even better!

I got a number of products to try:

Matte Oil Control Mask 

A Kaolin clay & tea tree mask, This mattifying clay mask helps to draw out impurities and excess oil to give a clearer complexion. It is infused with Kaolin clay, tea tree & willow bark, which leaves the skin leaving clear, smooth & shine free.

Prep & Hydrate Balm 

This is a clear, cooling balm which helps hydrate & prep skin before make up application. It is enriched with purified water, Shea & Vitamin E to help nourish & moisturise. It is perfect for daily use & can be used on areas such as the face, hands, elbows or knee's. 

Chromatic Eyeshadow Palette - Bird Of Paradise & Posh Peacock

This palette contains the most pigmented rich formulas which blend effortlessly. It comes with 7 colours from matte to metal. Enriched with Vitamin E & Jojoba Oil. The Bird of paradise palette is more nudes & purple shades, where as the Posh peacock palette is greens & a couple of nudes.

Colour Correcting Stick - Correct The Red

The colour correcting stick helps to balance & correct the skin tones. The green colour helps to reduce redness like Rosacea, sunburn or blemishes. It is also infused with Vitamin E to hydrate the skin.

Flawless Face Brush

A soft brush which lets you apply product with the lightest touch for a sheer natural effect. The slight point fits nicely in the contour of the face for a more precise placement. Also a beveled tip brush is perfect. Can be used for powders or blush or bronzer. 

Illuminating Face Primer - Radiant Glow

A multi purpose primer which preps your skin & fills in the fine lines so that make up applies evenly to give a long lasting luminous finish. 

Shimmer Highlighting Powder - Starlight Glow & Sunset Glow

A lightweight pressed shimmer highlighting powder which helps amplify your natural glow. Microfine particles blur lines to help create a soft focus effect on the skin. It is perfect for dusting over your cupid's bow, cheekbones or bridge of your nose.

Lip Exfoliator - Brown Sugar

This has to be one of my favourite products of theirs! It is a gentle exfoliate lips to remove dry, chapped skin. It is a sweet sugar which gives a smooth sensation infused with Vitamin E, Shea Butter, Avocado, Grape & Jojoba Oil to help nourish & protect.

Lip Plumping Lip Gloss - Champagne Glam 

This gloss helps plump your lips for a nourishing hydration. A high shine formula which gives a soothing sensation while volumising. It is packed with Vitamin E & Coconut oil help nourish & hydrate the lips. It helps give a natural shade of shimmering.

Kiss Lashes Review

Hello Everyone, 

Everyone is a sucker for false lashes right? Or is that just me?
I literally cannot get enough of false lashes & I will admit I literally have so many I don't even know what to do with them. I also have a range of different brands from Ardell to Tatti lashes. But since trying their nail range & loving them. I have been trying more of Kiss lashes. 

Kiss are the largest manufacturer & distributor of professional quality nails products. They allow us to achieve salon results in our own homes. They have now become so big they have expanded to include nail care, nail jewellery, nail art, lashes, make up & hair tools! The great thing is you can pick up their products on the high street in the likes of Boots & Superdrug!

The lashes they create have something for everyone. From length, light & fluffy, fluffy volume, there is a lash for everyone! I know I am quite a sucker for a bolder kind of lash.

Lash Couture - Gala 
These are a soft full faux minx lash. Which are perfect for anyone who has big eyes like mine. They are on a knot free lash band, weightless, soft & reusable. So you get a few uses out of these.

Lash Couture - Little Black Dress
These ones are slightly less full than the Gala but again they are perfect for giving you a more fuller lash look. They give you that smokey eye effect without the use of eyeshadow.

Lash Couture 5th Avenue Collection - Splendor
Literally I have not seen lashes like this collection! They are so full, fluffy & have spiky ends! They are ultimate luxury lashes. Each strand is individually, styled giving you a glamourous look. These are just perfect to wear alone or to complete that make up look with.

Lash Couture 5th Avenue Collection - Opulence
Like the Splendor these are full, fluffy but they are more subtle compared to the Splendor & they do have spiky edges. They give you their own look. They literally are glamourous!

The quality of the lashes for the price you pay is amazing! They are enough to complete any look & my do they do it well!

I am such a huge lover of anything make up related & any make up tools which can make my life easier.

Unicorn Cosmetics

I hope you have all had a good weekend?

I've had a quiet on just like my week due to my foot injury. I don't know how people don't work & sit at home all day...that really isn't a bit of me!

I am such a sucker for cosmetic companies that are bring their own uniqueness to it. After all who wants a regular cosmetics company right? So when I came across Unicorn Cosmetics on Instagram I was taken back by the quirky products & the gorgeous packaging! Most importantly they are a small brand who also happen to be local to me. They are a small team who literally do everything themselves. They originally started as Unicorn Lashes but wanting to branch out & bring us unique make up & brushes they expanded the brand. Unicorn Cosmetics was then born, now with a team of 4. They are soon due to release a set of tech make up brushes which are unlike any other brushes. But they will not just be stopping there, rest assured they will be expanding more.

So I had to try some of their pieces for myself!

As you all know I am a huge lover of false lashes. I love the lashes the fuller, the bigger, the better. Who doesn't love them right?

So the lashes I got were:

3D Faux Minx Silk Lashes - Unicorn Flutter*

These are a V shape lash which help to add length, volume & definition. They can be reused up to around 10 times & are even suitable for vegans! The lashes like the name come in a unicorn horn topped packet.

3D Faux Minx Silk Lashes - Flammie Dragon*

These are a more fluffier & flicky style which are my favourite! They help add volume & length especially to the outer corner of the lashes. These can be reused up to 15 times. The packaging of the lashes is unreal! Like its name suggests it comes with a dragon topped packet which is shiny & makes it look even more unreal!

Lilu Mermaid Brush*

Like the name suggests the base of the brush is in the shape of a mermaids tail. It is a tapered foundation & contour brush which helps you easily apply your make up. It is also one of the world's first flexible make up brushes. The packaging again like their other products doesn't fail to disappoint. All their brushes come in their own pouch & as this brush is from the mermaid collection it comes with a mermaid tail charm on it.

I have to say the effort that goes in to the packaging alone I am sold on. It is gorgeous & just stands out of the crowd compared to most other brands. To me if I saw these in the shop they would stand out compared to most other brands simply just because of the packaging is unique & well thought of. 

The lashes are my favourite I have to say & would definitely try more of their styles.

Misslyn Cosmo Glow Collection

Hello Everyone,

Hope you are enjoying your week. 
I did a charity walk on Sunday in London. The London Bridges challenge. We walked 10 miles, over 12 bridges in London raising money for Diabetes UK. On Sunday due to this I have damaged & inflamed my left foot & have been in a lot of pain with it since. So all I've really done is rest it. But it is boring. I just hope it eases soon.

Before I have tried Misslyn make up & posted about them.

Stay With Me - Matte Fixing Spray
I always used a setting/fixing spray over my make up to set it & help it last longer. I normally use the Rimmel one but I felt like as always I wanted to find something different to try out. The bottle I have to say is quite small so I don't feel like it will last me that long but it does definitely help to matte your make up.

I have to say from trying the products I have of Misslyn now I am impressed with the quality of the products, the value for money & also the range that they offer. As there is something to suit everyone.
