I am such a sucker for make up! But what girl isn't right? We all couldn't leave without it.

Recently I have found a new brand Profusion Cosmetics. 

Profusion Cosmetics was built in California nearly 20 years ago with a very select few products. Since then they have made it their mission to provide high quality cosmetics at a great price! They now distribute in countries across the world including over here in the U.K. They have professional quality palettes which have the best colours & such a selection! They are also cruelty free.

Just like the eye & cheek palette the shades are so flattering & give you an ultra-flawless finish. The fact not only does it come with a selection of eyeshadow's to choose from but also brow powders, gel liner, eyeshadow primer & even concealer! So Too Faced

Happy Sunday Everyone!

Hope you have had a good week & having a good weekend.
My week hasn't been too bad, I saw a dietician about my kidney issues Friday which was helpful but it has resulted in me learning I need to cut down on my tea intake. I seriously love tea! To me it's one of those things where it solves anything. Feel upset have a cup of tea, feel cold have a cup of tea. It's just one of those things for me but it means I've got to change for fruit tea. So I will keep you posted on how this changes.

Anyway I have heard so much about the make up brand Too Faced before but I never tried them before. Too Faced was founded in 1998. So it's a fairly modern brand compared to some brands. Too Faced is sold in over 30 countries & is one of the top selling brands. They are also having their first stand alone store opening in November at Carnaby Street, London.

The packaging of Too Faced is so unique, chic & fun. I think the idea behind their packaging & products is very eye catching. They do every kind of make up product you could want to complete your everyday look. From lip gloss, to eyeshadow palettes, to foundation,to lip primer, to setting powders. You name it they do it. 

So I have a few bits from Too Faced that I've tried recently which are great for your everyday use:

Melted Latex - Liquified High Shine Lipstick
Shades: Love U, Mean It & Hot Mess

The lipsticks are in like a glass effect lip gloss bottle along with gold detail to the packaging like the rest of their products. It also comes with a sponge like applicator to help make it an easy apply lipstick. It gives you a high shine look which defines your lips & makes them look both vibrant & juicy. Not only that but it gives your lips that full look, hydrates & makes them smooth. 

Love U, Mean It is a pink shade which is a fairly vibrant shade but also a pretty one. 

Hot Mess is more of a deep mauve berry shade which is perfect for a dark autumnal look.

I found with these that they remain put for a goods amount of time unlike some liquid lipsticks.

Chocolate Soleil - Medium/Deep Matte Bronzer

Who doesn't love a bronzer to complete that sun-kissed look?
This is a shimmer free matte bronzer which is perfect for contouring & creating that all over tanned look. The bronzer contains real antioxidant rich cocoa powder to give you that glow.

The bronzer comes in a gorgeous gold compact circular case with the brands name & a pattern embossed on the top of the packaging. Open it up to find a mirror so it is perfect to carry around in your bag with you & touch up your bronzer.

The shade is a lovely deep bronzed shade which is also light on the skin which is what I like as I don't like anything heavy. Not only that but it smells so sweet too.

Love Light - Prismatic Highlighter - Shade: Blinded by the light

One of my favourite make up products lately has to be a decent highlighter. I am such a sucker for a good one! That's not just me is there?

The high shine heart shaped higher is gorgeous!
It uses prisma shine along with powder, liquid, baked & cream formula to give you that perfect highlight & pearl look. All the shades are universal so they suit any skin tones & last for hours. So you can glow for longer!

The highlighter comes in a gold heart compact with the brands name embossed on the top of the casing. Open it up to find a mirror to touch up your glow on the go. The highlighter comes with TF embossed on it. 

The shade of the highlighter is a gorgeous gold shimmer which is pigmented & perfect.

Natural Eyes - Neutral Eye Shadow Collection 

I love eyeshadow palette's I think they are a great way to build up a collection of eyeshadows & have them in one place. Not only that but they give you a mix of colours to blend together to create a great look.

This eyeshadow palette is perfect for that everyday natural eye look. It comes with 9 richly pigmented shadows. 

This palette comes in a tin like compact case with a floral lace detail & gold embossed detailing. Inside it includes a a small mirror & leaflet which gives you 3 looks you can achieve: Day, Classic & Fashion. 

The 9 shades are neutral colours, nudes & also shades for that smokey eye look which are so pigmented & gorgeous. 

All of the Too faced products are such high quality.
I have to say my favourite has to be the highlighter & eyeshadow palette.

It is a creamy kind of formula which has a stiff bristles which help coat your lashes from root to tip, which give you a dramatic long lash effect. The mascara does also come in Black & Aubergine. 

I feel like the blue mascara would be great for like a festival look or like a summer time kind of vibe. No eye shadow, just a bit of blue mascara to help give you that little pop of colour & a lovely shade of lipstick.

B Make Up Haul

I hope you are all having a great week & you have been enjoying the weather?
It is so typical that come the weekend it decides to be abit grey, gloomy & rain though doesn't it.
It really is always the way but never mind least I still get some time to myself & chill that's the main thing.

Recently I have been trying out a new make up brand which I haven't ever tried before. Most of my make up I purchase is high street brands simply because I feel like there are some really great quality high street brands on the market which means you don't have to pay crazy money for make up. I love going to like Superdrug or boots because I always come out with a selection of different make up products! It really is true you cannot come out of there with just one thing.

B make up has just returned to the market. It has been reformulated & the packaging has been changed to give it a fab new update. B make up are exclusive to one of my favourite stores on the high street Superdrug. They are 100% vegan & cruelty free! I could not get over the huge range of make up that they have to offer! Whether its foundation, primer, lip colours, eye shadows, pigments, anything you name it they have it in their new ranges.They have even teamed up with celebrity make up artist Cassie Lomas to create a range. Which contain an amazing illuminator, & other products!

The bits I have had to try are quite a lot of different products so I thought what a better way than to show you by doing like a haul of them.

Colour Correcting Flawless Duo Concealer - £6.99

The flawless duo concealer comes in a little compact perfect for carrying around in your bag with you on the go. The concealer helps to conceal & correct the appearance of imperfections & even out skin tones. I got the colour correcting duo version as I have not got a colour correcting concealer. 

Purple - Is used to brighten up a dull complexion. It is great for cancelling out any yellow under tones. 

Green - Is used to help neutralise any spots or discolouration to the skin. It is best used as a little amount & not caked on. I do also find it best to apply a natural skin colour concealer over the top after too. 

The texture of the concealer is not too thick & cake like on your




skin. I don't like really heavy products on my skin especially when it comes to products like concealers or foundations. So I found this one great!

Sculpt & Highlight Contour Kit - £8.99  

Like the colour correcting duo concealer this is another perfect size compact which is handy to carry around with you. The kit comes in both Light/Medium or Medium/Dark. I absolutely love the whole contour & highlight process. It can make a face shape change & look great instantly. This kit is a powder texture which I find nice & light. It's a great way of defining & highlighting your features of your face. The highlight is a gorgeous shimmery shade! I am such a sucker for a good highlighter.

Illuminating Radiance Pen (Nude) - £7.99

This pen is like my new go to product! I love it.
It helps to add radiance to your skin in one instance. It is such  a lightweight formula product which is easy to apply, it helps to cover dark circles, even skin tone & can also be used to help highlight areas of the face if you want to aswell. It gives you skin an instant glowy, dewy look. It has a brush effect tip aswell which makes it nice & easy to apply. Such a great retouch make up product to have while you are on the go.

Lip Corrector - £4.99

This is a product I have never really tried before. It helps to refine the shape of your lips & to also avoid lipstick bleeding. It can also be used to conceal imperfections. So if you are looking for a product to help define your lip shape more this is perfect for you. It comes in a retractable pen like casing which is easy to wind up & dow & apply. I haven't used this product as much as the others yet.

Long Wear Brow Cream (Dark Brown) - £5.99

I always used to be a sucker for the Beverley Hills Anastasia brow pomade. But after a while other brands started to bring out there own version at half the price. Which I found just as good. To me having a good brow is a must have. This brow cream helps to create the perfect brow. It is a smudge resistant formula which helps define your brows which allows you to fill in sparse areas. It lasts all day so you don't have to worry about reapplying it. 

Pigment (Indiego) - £4.99 

They have several different uses. You can use them for an eye shadow colour to create a shimmery look, you can mix them with an illuminator to make a creamy style highlighter, or you can add a drop of water to them & create a liquid eyeliner. They have so many great uses! I have only ever really used them for a eye colour but I will definitely try some of the other uses for them. The shade Indiego is a perfect kind of shade for creating a smoky eye effect. It's a gorgeous grey, silvery shimmery colour. 

Velvet Matte Lipstick - Shade: Frow/Oohlala/Jinxed - £6.99

The velvet matte lipstick come in 12 gorgeous shades. So whatever kind of colour you like there is something for everyone. They contain Shea Butter which leave your lips feeling soft. I normally find that Matte lipsticks tend to dry my lips out & leave them looking kind of chapped but these leave them feeling hydrated. They are such a lovely formula! The shades I got are:

Jinxed - A brown pinkish tint colour

Frow - A deep pink with brown undertones 

Oohlala - A pale nude kind of shade which looks almost glossy

Velvet Matte Liquid Lips - Shade: Lulu/1995/In the Buff - £6.99

The velvet matte liquid lips come in 8 different shades. So like the lipsticks there is a shade for everyone! Some glosses I find to be pretty sticky but these are non sticky, non drying texture. So it leaves your lips feeling soft & smooth. They are also leave a long lasting colour. The shades I got are:

In the buff - Brown nudey kind of colour

1995 - A dark brown shade perfect for the autumn/winter

Lulu - A vibrant pink shade

Sheer Liquid Illuminator - £9.99

Illuminator is the best product to make your skin look more dewy or glowing. It can make such a difference to your appearance of your skin. You can apply it all over your skin first before applying foundation, or you can wear it on its own, or add it to your foundation & apply it all over your face at the same time just to give your skin that healthy glow. There are so many different ways to wear it & apply it. This one from B make up also comes with like a pump built in to the packaging to make it easier to apply & make sure you don't get too much wastage.

Whipped Bronzer - £8.99

A decent bronzer is always my go to in the summer or when I have a decent tan to me. It helps to give you that more sun kissed look, can help define the shape of your face too. This bronzer is great because it is a light texture it is light wear to wear. You can use the bronzer to contour, add definition to the eyes by applying a small amount of bronzer to the lower lid & blend into the socket of the eye. You can also apply it lightly all over the face to give it that sun kissed glow.

Pigment - Super model Sheen - £4.99

I have quite a few different pigments from Mac & also make up revolution pigments. They have several different uses. You can use them for an eye shadow colour to create a shimmery look, you can mix them with an illuminator to make a creamy style highlighter, or you can add a drop of water to them & create a liquid eyeliner. They have so many great uses! I have only ever really used them for a eye colour but I will definitely try some of the other uses for them. The shade Super Model sheen is a gorgeous shimmery pink kind of tone. The colour is so pigmented I love it! There are 3 other lovely colours in this Cassie Lomas pigments too. It is such a great product to build up & use.

I have to say the quality of the B make up products are amazing. I cannot get over the amount of products they offer, the quality & also the number of shades they do. They really do something for everyone & not to mention the price. They are such an affordable brand. I have to say these could become one of my favourites high street make up brands!

Timeless Beauty

Hello Everyone!

I hope your week is going well. What amazing weather it has been again recently. The sunshine definitely puts me in a better mood. It just makes you genuinely feel more positive & happy. Or am I the only one who feels like that about the sunshine & summer time? I surely can't be. I am definitely more of a summer kind of girl! 

I do want to say though my heart goes out to all the people involved in the Manchester tragedy last night over here in the UK. I do not get what kind of world we live in where people do such vile things. Especially when innocent people & even children are involved. 

As you all may know I am a HUGE lover of make up. Like most beauty products it is something I could not live without. I am always wanting & looking to try new brands of make up. So when I get the opportunity to try something new I will always try it.

Joan Collins Timeless Beauty is a new international range of beauty products from of course like the name suggests Joan Collins. It was created by one of the most glamourous icons. It was created not just to provide women with the tools that they need but for women to feel beautiful of any age. 

Timeless Beauty is made up of 3 categories:

Each of these are made up of the highest quality product, gorgeous packaging which is inspired by Hollywood glamour & Art Deco. 

I will admit to begin with I was a bit funny about trying the brand because I thought the products would be for older people but when I came across the packaging & the colours of the make up pieces. They won me over. The lipstick cases reminded me so much of the Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks. I'm not sure whether thats because they gold too but they just look so glam & expensive.

The lipsticks I got to try were:

Divine Lips - These are come in several different shades. They leave your lips feeling softer & fuller. They help to fill fine lines, protect & hydrate them.

Shade: Bella - This is a soft pink cream colour. That has cool undertones. This is such a perfect day to day colour to wear. It is subtle & easy to wear.

Shade: Evelyn - This has a coral shade to it & it quite a bright colour. It is a great shade for blondes, redheads & also the perfect summer wear colour. 

The other two products were:

Class Act 
This is a growth, boosting & thickening mascara. It is meant to make your lashes become more longer, fuller & thicker within 30days. It is a smooth creamy formula which does not clump, or shed. The mascara coats each lashes evenly to help define, enlarge & shape your lashes. Plus also giving your lashes that natural curl that is going to last all day. 

Compact Duo - Pressed Powder With Sabina Lipstick.
This is the perfect handbag compact to carry around. The beautiful compact comes with a pressed powder & a lipstick. So it contains two of the most important things you need to top up your make up with. It is the perfect quick fix. The lipstick can be changed between any of the divine lipsticks that you have. So you can change between your day time colours to your more brighter night time colours. The shade I got with the compact was Sabina. This is a rich brown shade with a cream finish. 

The packaging of all these products is just gorgeous! They just look so lovely. But not only that, but the lipsticks certainly leave your lips feeling hydrated. Where as some lipsticks just tend to dry your lips out more & leave them looking & feeling chapped.

Caudalie Vine Active - 3 in 1 moisturiser & Energising and smoothing eye cream
I have wanted to try Caudalie for a while as I have heard so many good things about their skin care range. I love trying new skin care products! I like to find products which help improve my skin condition because to me skin care is important.Both of these products you apply morning and evening. 

Ellis Faas - Creamy Lips, Hot lips, Glazed lips, Milky lips
These came as 4 different samples, so four different shades.
Glazed lips: Shade L304 - Sheer Orange
Hot Lips: Shade L403 - Bright Fuchsia
Milky Lips: Shade L207 - Nude Pink 
Creamy Lips: Shade L101 - Ellis Red

These are a combination of different lipsticks. From pigmented colours, long wearing & other properties.

Perricone MD - Blue Plasma Cleansing Treatment
This is a new brand coming over to the UK from America. 
It is easy to use you simply apply it to a cotton pad & wipe it over your face. It helps remove all dirt & access oils from your skin before using the next Perricone MD product treatments.

I have started using the Perricone MD Blue plasma cleansing treatment & I am impressed with it so far. I will keep you posted on my review of Perricone MD products as I am using a few of their products at the moment.
