Fresh Gleaming Start

Happy New Year!
I hope you all had a lovely christmas & new year. I do not know where the time went. 

I had in between Christmas & New year off this year which is the first time in like 6 years I believe so it was lovely being able to take some time out. Not only that but during this time I became an auntie again to a beautiful little girl ; Isla Jessica. She is a doll! Along with that already 2018 is trying to test me but I am trying to carry on & remain positive & just hope things work out okay.

Anyway on another note I have tried using before a charcoal polish to help whiten my teeth but run out of it & never replaced it. So recently I have been trying another brand's version.

*Dip a separate clean toothbrush into the polish
*Brush gently in circular motions for 2 minutes
