Natural Summer Nails

I hope you have all had a fab weekend?

I hope you are all also safe after the terrible events which happened last night in London. I really do not understand what this world is coming to & how there can be such evil people in this world. It really is disgusting & selfish! I cannot tell you how much it upsets me & angers me. I think it hits you even more when the place is so close to your home. As London is only around an hour or like 50 miles from where I live. 

Not just for the summer months but for all the time I only have my own natural nails. I like the look of longer nails but when you have fake nails like acrylic nails all the time they ruin your nails & they end up making them paper thin like. They then break all the time & you can even be left with ridges in your nails. So I simply try to grow my own. Not only that but it is so much cheaper, healthier & less worry as you do not have to worry about them falling off & things.

But recently my nails have been a bit of a nightmare. They have kept breaking & peeling. They get to a certain length & then they just break. It's so frustrating especially when you are trying to grow them. So I have been on the look out for something to help both strengthen them & help them to grow. 

So I got two treatments from Nail HQ to help do both the things I was looking for. Nail HQ have recently brought out a new generation of nail treatment products. So they literally do something for everyone. No matter what kind of nail treatment you are looking for.

I got two from their range:

Growth - Which contains Biotin & Caffeine. Biotin helps to strengthen your nails. The ingredients in the treatment helps to provide the moisture balance that the nails need in order to prevent them from becoming brittle & breaking. The formula it is made up helps to add moisture to the nails, condition them & also strengthen them. All you have to do it:

*Apply one coat to your natural nails
*You can wear it on its own or apply your nail colour over the top.

Hardener - Which contains Pro vitamin B5. This treatment is especially formulated to help thin & weak nails. It is also created to help enrich your nails ensuring they become tougher & more bend resistant. This product contains collagen & a unique mineral complex infused with Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Aluminium and Manganese. To apply this you:

*Apply one coat to your natural nails
*You can wear it on its own or apply your nail colour over the top.
*Wear 4-5 days remove it & then reapply it.

I have used the treatments both twice now & I have to say my own nails do feel stronger & less brittle already. You can always tell how strong your nails are if you push down on them & they bend easily. But they do not seem to be like that now. You can feel in them that they are stronger. So I am definitely going to carry on using both of these treatments to ensure my nails get stronger & do grow a bit more longer.
