Happy Easter! We made it to the 4 day weekend & it's over already!

I needed to make myself more productive, have a tidy & clear out & also do some more blog stuff. I feel like lately I am falling so far behind so I need to get my bum into gear.

To me eyebrows are one of the most important part of your make up look because they frame your face & can make so much difference to your face just by having them done. I am forever trying out new make up products, eyebrow products especially. I am quite a fan of brow promade rather than powders but I do from time to time use the HD brow palette which I have to say has lasted me like a year! It is so good!

Recently I have been trying some products from So Me Beauty.

So Me Beauty are Clapham's premier beauty salon & clinic. They opened their doors in Clapham high street in 2011 & now also have a salon on Clapham Junction. They offer great value for money services 7 days a week! They offer treatments for hair, nails, threading & waxing, massages & much more! You name it they do a beauty treatment for you. Not only that but they also have brow & lash bars within some Superdrug & Sainsbury's stores. Which I think is so good! You can go & do your food shop & get your eyebrows or lashes sorted at the same time. So handy!

So Me Brow Kit - Colour: Espresso 

This small brow kit comes in a handy compact case which is perfect for carrying around in your bag & topping your brows up on the go. It contains everything you need to make your brows are at their best. The powder adhere's to your natural brow & gives you that full brow look. They can even be used wet or dry & can transform the most thin brows. The kit comes in 3 different shades so there is a colour to suit you. Not only that but it also comes with a highlighter powder to help define your brow bone to give it more of a dramatic look. It also comes with a built in mirror, 3 stencils, angled brush, rounded brush & instructions. The fact it is in a compact & small enough to carry about I think is perfect! For me that is a seller on its own.

Professional Brow & Lash Groomer

This is a 2 in 1 brush & comb which is perfect to have in your make up bag. It can help to define & separate your lashes & groom your brows. The brush is made of natural boar hair bristles & the comb helps to neaten up your brows. You brush in the reverse direction to separate your hairs, then fill them in with the brow kit, then finish by brushing the hairs back in the natural direction.

Professional Spooley Brush

This is one of my go to brushes I use everyday when applying my brow make up. This brush is made up of soft synthetic fibres which is great for combing through your brows to rough up the hairs before applying your product. But it can also be used on your lashes to help separate them too. 

2 in 1 Professional Brow Brush

Another one of my go to brushes which I use everyday. This brush is also made up of synthetic fibres to help you apply your brow product. It comes with two different types of brushes one at each end. A rounded end brush & a angled brush which is the brush I mostly use. The rounded brush can be used to apply the right amount of powder & the angled brush can be used to create the perfect shape.

All these products I think are great value for money especially the brushes they are good quality especially for the price!

The Perfect Brow

I hope you are well & had a good week?
The nights are definitely drawing in now & autumn is on its way. You can tell the weather is cooling down, nights getting darker earlier. I don't know whether I'm glad or not.

To me having great looking eye brows are important. I think they finish off any make up look & they look great even with the natural kind of make up look. Because lets face it there is nothing worse than a untidy, bushy, harsh brow. Some people's you can tell as they don't look natural & they look drawn on with harsh lines & for me that is not a great look.

I love finding a good pomade or brow powder but recently I have come across something different I have not tried before from Eye Of Horus Cosmetics which is an Australian brand. They believe eye make up offered a magical power & protection to the wearer. Over a short period of time Eye of Horus has already become a cult favourite of celebrities & professional make up artists. It can also be found in countries such as New Zealand, Ireland, Iceland, Hong Kong, the Philippines, UK & Europe! They have also had some of their products voted the best product at the International spa & beauty awards in 2014, 2015 & 2016! The product I have picked up from their range is the Brow fibre extend. For people who have sparse eyebrows this item is perfect! Because the fibres literally fill in the area you do not have much hairs or if you are just looking for a product to give you a fuller brow look then this is literally perfect for you! 

It gives you an instant definition & volume to your brows in just one application you can notice the difference. It contains organic brow enhancing botanicals such as seaweeds & Moringa oil which help to assist hair growth.It thickens & lengthens your brows but still keeps them natural looking. So you don't have to worry about that harsh line look. 

The brow fibre extend contains mineral pigments to give your brows a subtle colour so it comes in 3 shades: light (husk - for blondes), medium (dynasty - for blondes wanting darker brows or light brunettes) & dark (nile - for dark brown/black hair). It sets your brows it is also long lasting so you don't have to keep reapplying it. Which is also a bonus lets face it.

It is so so simple to use & to apply. When I first saw it I was not convinced that it would work well & it would be a nightmare to apply but it is actually so simple. It comes with a small brush applicator which means its good to apply in the smaller areas & if you have a thinner shape eye brow it won't get everywhere on your skin.
