Happy Saturday! I am actually writing a post on a saturday?!
That is unheard of for me. I never normally write on a Saturday because I'm normally off doing other things but as I have a 4day weekend this weekend due to Easter I have more time on my hands & I want to be super organised at my posts. Well that is the aim of the game anyway we shall see how that goes.
A couple of posts ago I told you all about Love me beauty a subscription service I am now part of & absolutely loving at the moment! Because we girls all love to try out new beauty products & what better way to try out new brands than try trial sizes just in case we don't get on well with the product you haven't wasted money on a full size item that you are then stuck with.

Love me beauty is a subscription of a different level for both beauty & make up products. It takes 3 easy steps too:

The products come in a gorgeous floral make up bag. I swear Love me beauty have the cutest ideas for make up bags to send the subscription goodies out in. It is so much better than just like a gift box which most other beauty subscriptions come in. I think it such a better touch. Don't you agree? Not only that but the bag is perfect for like a spring theme & can be used again. Which is definitely handy as my beauty product collection is ever growing these days!
So the beauty products in Aprils Love Me beauty subscription are:
Dr Bragi - Intensive treatment mask (Marine Enzyme)
This treatment mask contains no fragrances & no preservatives.
It is designed to help target redness, dehydration, loss of firmness & signs of premature ageing. It is perfect for stressed & fragile skin types. What makes it even better is, it is not just a mask in a pot that you apply to your face it is like the Loreal tissue masks. So it is a sheet mask, with cut outs of the eyes & mouth. So you simply open the packet & apply the mask to cleansed make up free skin. Smoothing it over the face to ensure it is touching the skin. Leave the mask on for 10-15 minutes, then remove it. Then simplywipe away any excess product with a tissue do not wash it off. I absolutely love these masks because i fell like the product really does soak into your skin ensuring it gets the product well.
Weleda - Evening Primrose Age Revitalising body oil
Weleda products are all natural products & suitable for vegans. Which is why I think it is an ever growing brand & recently it seems more people are turning to vegan & animal cruelty free beauty products. This oil is perfect for giving moisture to dry, mature skin. It is made up of evening primrose, along with Jojoba & wheat germ oil. Apply it to damp skin after having a shower or bath so it
absorbs into the skin better.
Amie -Morning Dew Matte Finish Moisturiser & Morning Clear Purifying facial wash
Amie is another natural beauty brand which is perfect for sensitive skin. Their products are bursting with natural plant & botanical extracts free from chemicals. The Morning Dew Matte finish moisturiser controls oiliness & shine, plus also hydrates & softens the skin. You simply apply it after cleansing your skin. The Morning clear purifying facial wash helps to moisturise your skin while cleaning it. You apply it to wet skin & massage in. Then wash it away with warm water. It is best to use to in the morning & in the evening.
Living Proof Style Lab - Prime Style Extender Spray
Unlike the other products this is a hair care product. Which is my first from the Love me beauty subscription. The Prime style extender spray helps to get rid of dirt, oil & keep your hair cleaner for longer. It also helps perfect cuticles so it can be used alone or layered with other styling products. It is suitable for all hair types.
But I have saved the best till last! My most utter favourite items are the make up brushes & sponges from Eco Tools. Now I have heard of Eco tools but never have I tried any of their products before.
Eco Tools was only created in 2007. So it is a pretty new brand. They are 100% cruelty & vegan free. They use recycled materials such as the plastic or aluminium. The packaging they use is 100% tree free paper & the handles of their brushes are renewable bamboo. You cannot get more animal & world friendly than that really can you?! It's incredible.

Eco Tools Contour Perfecting Applicator
The contour perfecting applicator was designed to help sculpt the cheekbones, highlight & perfect your make up with this tool. The firm sponge helps to give a natural looking definition. Use the applicator dry, dab it in cream or powder then contour by tracing the number 3 on both sides of the face. Start at the top of the forehead, then sweep down across the hollow of your cheeks & dust along your jawline. Then use a highlighter product in the accent areas like the tops of your cheekbones & brow bones.
Eco Tools Perfecting Blender Duo
The perfecting blender duo comes with two different size sponges to help create that air brushed look. The large base blender is soft & flexible for the more light build-able coverage, while the mini blender is more firmer for a more precise coverage & is perfect for the more hard to reach areas of the face.
Eco Tools Enhancing Eye Set
The enhancing eye set is made up of 4 brushes. Which are on two handles but both double ended. These brushes are to help blend, smudge, shape & define the eyes.
*To shade - apply eye shadow all over the lid with the soft tapered bristles.
*To define - Use the angled liner brush to line & enhance the shape of your eyes.
*To blend - Blend the eye shadow to create streaks & harsh lines.
*To smudge - Smudge the eye shadow & liner along the lash line.
Eco Tools Full Powder
The full powder brush is best to be used with pressed powders to help create a matte look. This brush has a large, soft head to help evenly distribute & blend pressed powder to help create an everyday matte look. You simply dab the brush in pressed powder, gently tap off any excess & sweep it over your face in circular movements starting in the middle of the face & moving to the hairline.
So you can see why I am very happy with Aprils goodies!
